Would recommend Tactical Home Inspections to anyone looking for a home inspector. I've used this company twice, the first time I was pleased with the inspection and the 2nd time I knew who to call! Being first-time home buyers, Terrance gave us advice on fixing small repairs and negotiating with the seller. He went above and beyond when it came to the condition of the roof and even took his time out of the week (2 weeks later after the inspection) to take pictures of the roof after the seller agreed to put missing shingles back on. He really had our backs and warned us that because there was missing shingles, our home insurance rate would go up and with his help we were able to ask the seller to repair the shingles to avoid having the insurance to sky rocket. Thank you Terrance for your work !!! Very pleased.

My husband and I used Tactical a couple of weeks ago for an independent roof inspection post Irma. We wanted an unbiased opinion on any possible roof damage. Thankfully, there are only minor repairs needed. Everyone in our neighborhood seems to be getting new roofs and we were concerned that if a representative from a roofing company came to inspect that the likelihood of them telling us we needed a whole new roof would be pretty good due to them just wanting the job. Terrance was our inspector. He was VERY thorough and it only cost $100. I called other companies and they were as much as $250! Highly recommend.
